Letter claiming to be a Final Notice on an expiring Home Warranty. Letter issues a warning to wit: "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUIRED." Only a contact telephone number is provided 1-877-670-3352. This telephone number has been previously reported to ScamPulse.com in another scam complaint. It also appears that the term "REQUIRED" is a step up from previous reporting noting the use of the term "REQUESTED;" presumably this is to increase the scare tactics. Our home mortgage has been paid off for years and we never subscribe to appliance warranties, as we do not believe they are worth the cost. Did not attempt contact with the company.

They send me mail asking me to contact them about my home warranty which may or may not be expiring. I'm told to call them within 28 days of getting their notice. I called and was asked to press one for English, etc. I was then put on hold for approximately 10 minutes with an intermittent voice saying 'all reps are busy with other customers' before a voice says 'goodbye' and the call is disconnected. The letter has no company name, no web address, and no mailing address.

We received this letter in the mail. It says it's from CCHW Home Warranty DivisionAt first it looks like a check and almost like tax paperwork. There were too many red flags, so I decided to try and report it.

Received letter in the mail claiming that home owners warranty is expiring and requires immediate attention. Includes fake check and personally I identifiable information.
