A harassing volume of incoming phone calls from some so-called but always unnamed financing department offering a loan for which I am pre-approved and referring to access to an online portal for which no URL us shared. The originating telephone numbers, which i routinely block in my mobile phone, rotate with every call...although sometimes the call back numbers are consistent - in this case a call back number of 866-959-1584. Those perpetrating such harassment should be sharply prosecuted. I object to be continually called on multiple phones by an organization with whom I have no financial relationship.
