Charges 89.99 for an address change, doesn’t change address. Won’t answer phone to hear complaints will put on hold or send to voicemail. Never known a government run facility to have voicemail pickup. Fake [censored]ing scam page.

This website just charged me $89.99 to submit a simple change of address. Of which the USPS.com only charges $1.10 to change address.

No where does it tell you how much they are gonna charge you for the service. And when you call there customer service 1800 number it just plays some cheap music for hours Noone picks up. This is such such rip off and scam. I cannot afford $89.99 for food let alone a simple change of address that i could of paid $1.10 for.
