I received an ad from what thought was Portland Leather regarding merchandise that was “seconds quality” I made an order of approximately 158.00 it never showed up and when I contacted the customer service they gave me bogus tracking info and I followed up for moths then they said they would offer a 60% refund since they had “associated costs” I refused and negotiated a full refund and have been chasing them forn4 months to no avail
