I ordered popcorn through a children's fundraiser. I received an empty, sealed box. When I contacted their support email, they sent an image showing that the package weighed more than a box when they shipped it. The company said I needed to contact USPS to determine what happened. Any logical person knows that USPS played no part in sending my empty box. The company then refused to refund or resend the order. Upon further investigation, this company had no address on their website, no phone number listed to call, no social media or yelp reviews, and likely no popcorn. I thought that it would be safe since the league was using it for a fundraiser, but I was wrong. I want organizations and customers to be aware of the scam. I had to submit a claim with my bank and will likely have to reimburse the fundraiser, so the kids aren't disappointed.
