Type of a scam Online Purchase

Scammed for $11600

Sent the entire purchase cost at once via credit card. Told there was manufacturing backlogs, which took months. I asked for a refund as the summer was now over, and got a bad feeling from Richard and Scott. They held their stance that all sales are final, but finally agreed. Then communication got spotty, to the point of no longer responding to my efforts to reach them. Disgusting. I’m in Canada, and made special delivery arrangements, and with currency exchange rate, I’m out $14,500. We put a line of credit against house for this purchase (we live very rural, and felt it would be great for the kids) So yeah, still paying down the debt from my “ghost pool”.

Stole 26K+

Sent my dp of $5000 back in Oct 2022. Got an email pool was ready and needed to pay balance before shipping could be finalized. Paid balance 21,679K, never heard back. Calls, emails with no response. I would be glad to know more about this class action suit.
I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank and they are supposed to be checking into this as well. My email is [email protected]

Paid $6000 deposit on pool in 4/21 , told five weeks for delivery and no is 10/22 and no pool and no refund of deposit and can’t get calls returned or anything, filed a lawsuit against them

Complete Scam

Spent over $7,900 on a pool. April 2021. They have yet to refund me and never shipped the pool. The owner won’t return calls. Complete scam and the fact that they still advertise pools is sickening. Do not let this company sell you on their lies. Needs to be a class action lawsuit against these online con artists.

I reached out to pool store and more due to the pricing of there pools seemed like a great deal so I placed a 1500 deposit with them and was told 3 month for shipping it is now 2 days shy of a year I get no return phone calls I get no return email I get zero information they won’t even take my calls this is a company that just takes peoples money with no intention of delivering the product
