Hello,
I purchased a framed art from this website on 15Apr2018.
I paid $199.10 CAD via PayPal.
On 22Apr2018, I emailed the company to find out when order will be shipped, as they did not notify me of the date.
Maja Maciupa ([email protected]) responded with the following: "We're sorry but the orders are delayed because we're switching to a better material supplier that can provide us with a much more durable material. In this case, your order will be shipped within 7 business days.We would like to offer you 5% additional discount on this order as a part of the compensation. Please, let me know if you wish to take advantage of this option."
Since description of the art stated that it was a quick shipment, and it seemed that the company is selling from Canada (according to the website's domain), I was not pleased to find out that my order will take so long. When I actually went on the website and research the team, they all seem to be located in Eastern Europe (if they actually exist, and the whole website is not fraudulent), and have no offices/ suppliers in Canada!
On April 25th, I wrote to the staff: "If order will be shipped before end of this week (by 27Apr2018), please provide me with the offered 5% discount. If not, please refund me in full amount."
No shipment was done by 01May2018.
I emailed the same staff on 01May2018 and asked to refund me for the purchase.
The same staff responded "I've already canceled your order. Our accountant will make the refund by the end of this week."
The whole transaction at this point seems like a fraud.
If the company cannot fulfill their services they sell, they should process refunds immediately.
Please help me with receiving my money back from this company.
