I ordered a computer monitor from a company named Pixeolane. They gave me tracking updates but when it finally got to the out for delivery day they keep making excuses to why they can't delivery my package. On day 1 the 19th of July they claimed no one was at my address to accept the package. I was home and have cameras on my property, no one attempted to deliver anything. The next day they said the delivery truck broke down. And today they said they were unable to deliver due to the incorrect access code to my building. My house does not require an access code. When I ask their support AI they keep telling me they don't have the ability to see who the carrier is or what depot the package is going back to.

I paid for this 4K tablet item from pixeolane and it never arrived, it just keeps giving me “changing route” messages on the track order. Just yesterday night on the 15th I had received multiple alerts on my bank account that somebody had purchased something random on Google and some in person thing with the word city in it, 5 am on the 16th I received two denied charges of $22 on kalshi which I’m pretty sure is a gambling app so whoever pixeolane was or is is most likely the cause of this.
