I purchased a product advertised as a dress on the scam website on apr 26 2023. For $45 dollars with Shipping cost was 12.99 with estimate arrival within 2-3 weeks. I was unaware of the shipping until after I paid for the item. The website was vague in description and I set to contact the company about shipping timeframe. The contact lily said not to worry for the item will arrive before that time frame. May 12, 2023 the item arrived I opened the item and instead of a dress it was a blazer. I have a note saying returns are accepted within 30 days. So I went to website for return information. No number or address was available except item showed shipped as a swimsuit for cheaper shipping cost of the company from Illinois. I had to send a message to the company to revive the Return authorization form and process. I was contacted that Saturday May 13 with a RMA form it was a generic print off so inquired back by email for information on shipping label and cost. They said I would have to pay shipping cost to return back. The address in the RMA showed Nanjijuang china I inquired about shipping somewhere in the United States on that Monday May 15, 2023. They informed me that their business location in us shut down during the pandemic. They changed their shipping information on site to not send items to the Illinois address but back to the china address only which was not up previously on the site. Post office I used to send back as lily said that was the quickest way for $33 dollars rounded. I was told to send the receipt of shipping through photo as proof of sent and once they receive the item I would review my refund. Weeks go by and it’s now June 2, 2023 I check the shipping tracking and it shows stuck in customs in the city of receipt. I email back and Clift a response from company that I should wait to be contacted and they will look into it. Another two weeks go by no information or Correspondence received. As it is now June 20, 2023. The company is sending out the same packages old and resealed to different consumers after receiving their funds knowing that they will return because it’s inaccurate. And then not sending refunds because they are unwilling to pay the customs tax for the country. This company I wanted to report to prevent other us customers from falling victim to their practices. I have included the emails and tracking photos etc from them.
