Order from Pink Lily never arrived despite tracking saying delivered

I ordered some clothing that was supposedly on sale from Pink Lily (their website is [email protected]). However I never received a tracking number or any information about it for several weeks. I emailed the customer service link and asked about it. They told me it had been delivered and magically came up with a tracking timeline through 818track. I told them I did not receive any packages. They then told me to check with neighbors or the front desk which is absurd as it is a residential address. Emailed them again that I had no luck finding it. They then said they would re-issue the package. This time I got a tracking number to the same site 818track. I waited a few days and went in to track my package and surprise!!! It had been delivered. Unfortunately there was still no package on my porch. Beware of deep discounts. Check to see if the site is legit. At this point I’m just eating the $37 (total money lost: $37.00) and moving on.
