Type of a scam Online Purchase

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND PRODUCTS

What a horrible company! It's products don't work and when you contact them to return, they refuse to provide an adress to return it to.
The product I purchases was a heated scarf. You can only use it while connected to an usb port! How ridiculous. They told me to buy a battery. I didn't want to buy anything else from themand they refused to deal with me. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Accidentally I purchased a product. I immediately emailed them cancel my order but they answered “why” “no” …..
I told them it’s unprofessional answer and they said “You are a ridiculous person ordering and then asking to cancel is always disrespectful behavior”

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I can't cancel my order, and I'm not even sure if the product will arrive.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered an item an 1 month later have not received item. Sent email to address provided on website to cancel order and was told item is in transit. I emailed requesting return shipping label and instructions to return but have been getting the run around. Website has return policy listed but I cannot get any information to return item.
