I booked a photography session with this photographer. I made initial and consistent contact with this photographer through Facebook Messenger. Photographer sent invoice and contract through a third party website called HoneyBook. I paid invoice in two installments: $100 due at time of booking and $150 4 weeks before session, October 26th, 2023. This price covered a 15 minute photography session at an agreed upon location, the delivery of "proofs" within 2-4 weeks, and the final delivery of edited photos within 10 weeks all per contract. Photographer showed up to the session on a rescheduled date (rescheduled by the photographer) and took pictures. Thereafter, I never received proofs or final edits. I contacted photographer through previously-used Facebook messenger to inquire about the estimated date of arrival of my proofs and final images. After the actual photography session, photographer never again responded to my inquiries. I also reached out to photographer through email multiple times with no response. During this 10 week period, photographer continued to post on social media and continued to book additional photography sessions. I have since made my complaints public and have come across at least 4-5 other people who have also never received their images.
