However, the email download link they send directs you to a completely different website. That website and the support email listed don’t link back to the initial website at all. The support email in the fake site doesn’t even match that sites URL. I replied to my initial order email and was told because the goods were digitial they don't issue refunds. I replied and told the that Chase had already refunded me when I flagged their website as scam and that I had reported them to ShopPay and BBB. I got a refund from them also within an hour. Don’t fall for this one.
