I signed up in February 2021for what I was told was health insurance, a PPO coverage. As of December they have not paid one doctor bill, they don't respond to phone calls. They have taken $2037.00 total out of my bank account and I am left with $10,000. in medical bills to pay.
The one time I reached someone at member services, I was told they are processing. That was September. Total Scam!
