The website petzonepro.com appears to be a legitimate online retailer, selling various pet supplies at highly discounted sale prices. The website describes free shipping, and generous return policies, but does not have any actual contact information on the website other than a "Contact Us" web form, which does not work. I purchased a terrarium from this website on 1/6/2024. I received shipping notice on 1/11/2024 with tracking information. The tracking information was clearly from a Chinese location, but I had no indication at that point of any issues. When I finally received the package on 1/25/2025, it was a small box with a cheap $10 ring, and not the $90 terrarium I order. I immediately tried the Contact form on the webpage which only reported an error. I then emailed the 2 email addresses I had received order confirmation and shipping information from. One of them ([email protected]) bounced back as invalid immediately. After not receiving a response for 2 days, I reached out again to the other email address ([email protected]) and it bounced back as undeliverable. I have no other way to contact the vendor other than an address which is not even in the same state I live in. The website still appears operational, but they did not respond to my emails, and the Contact Us form does not work. It is very doubtful that they accidentally sent me the wrong item, as they sent a small jewelry ring when I ordered a large glass terrarium. I believe this website to be a fraud, and that they don't really have the merchandise that they are advertising, and just assume that people won't fight back when they are sent the wrong item.
