Ordered a cat litter box from Petsvidacare and never received it

They put ads on Facebook etc for automatic cat litter boxes (perhaps other products too). I ordered one from Petsvidacare.com - everything seemed normal - when the product didn't arrive when expected, I reached out to them at [email protected] and they refused to tell me when it would be sent. I called several times, no answer. Sent more emails, no answer. Googled and saw that others had the same experience. They are a scam, fraud. The two charges that came out of my bank account, totaling $96, were credited to Toptechtier not Petsvidacare. I called them and wrote them - no answer.
