The company advertises lovely wool sweaters that are the first to pop up on a google search for said thing. When the items arrived weeks later they do not reflect the quality they advertised. When attempting to return for a refund they ask for pictures of the items to be sent pasted not attached to a e-mail & then give awful solutions. They offered me a 15% discount on future purchases. (I would never order anything from them again) or to return the sweaters to china but I am responsible for the return shipping which I was told will run me likely $40-$50 dollars plus any fees that come up in customs, taxes & tariffs. I should have researched this company because the internet is flooded with other customers with similar complaints or worse,
