Xavier Miles contacted me via text saying he was the delivery courier. Said I had to pay a 100% refundable insurance policy for the delivery of my pet. I contacted my breeder and I was told to pay the fee, that it is 100% refundable and that it is just there policy in case anything happens. So I paid it because the breeder said they have used this courier many times. I recently bed and email also stating the money was refundable. I paid using google pay because he said there Zelle account was down. I had never used google pay and did not know you cannot use it to courier an animal. I then received another text asking for another $100.00 for a crate. I contacted the breeder and she said she would take care of it. I then received another text saying my kitten would not be delivered until the next day because I took to long to pay him. The next day I tried to contact both the courier and breeder no answer. Then I get a text from the courier stating I have to pay $85.00 for cat food, and $150.00 for the kitten staying at the warehouse overnight. I refused to pay. Called the breeder and asked for my money back said I was being scammed. She said she would pay me back. Contacted the courier and told him I wanted my money back and he refused said the money was not refundable because he didn’t deliver the animal. I reported it to the bank, Google, FBI fraud department and now Better Business Bureau. Do not interact with this person or company the couriers name is: Xavier Miles. Or that could have been a lie.
