Looking for looking for a German Shepherd puppy and found a website online looks very legit with beautiful puppies all being sold for $600. Went to try to find the company online for reviews and an address no physical address could ever be found and reviews only took you straight back to their website. Send an email through their website got a response back with many pictures of the puppy but then found many other pet scams on this site that fits their description exactly so we believe that they are scam.

Website features puppies for sale. Selected a puppy. Was supposed to be shipped. Paid $150 then shipping info was sent. Paid $650 for remainder of sale price. Dog was “dropped off” at shipping company. Shipper demanded $799 for electronic thermal crate of which $700 would be refunded upon return of crate. Then demanded $800 for health insurance. Dog never shipped. Seller will not take calls. Shipper will not send photo of animal. My daughter inquired about the same dog I purchased and they are now trying to sell same dog to her that supposedly the shipper has and is waiting for my insurance payment.

I attempted to adopt an African Grey Parrot from April Foster that I learned about on a facebook group. April was sent $150 from me on 4/26/23 through cashapp to cover the flight of the bird. This flight was supposed to take place 4/27/23 and was to arrive at my home location by 2:30 pm. April Foster emailed me this morning on facebook asking if I heard from the moving company. I checked my email and there were demanding $600 for pet insurance after the bird allegedly left Atlanta and was in Charlotte. I refused to pay because they wouldn't give me any real information to verify the company and wouldn't say where to submit the payment They called from blocked numbers and texted from a NY 631 number stating that they have a NY location as well. They sent pictures of the bird which looked like pictures of a vet examining the bird, nothing to prove the pictures are current. They then sent another email threating to sue me for abandonment saying they have proof of payment - I paid nothing, April Foster did.

Placed an ad on a Facebook lawn sale page..pretty generic..no phone number listed… just requested a private message. Her response is that “she” recently had a stroke and had moved to Georgia from Maine but the bird was not acclimating to the warm weather. Long story short…. I transferred her the requested funds for shipping costs. On day of expected delivery I got an e-mail from “the shipper “ stating that the bird was in quarantine in Boston because it didn’t have the required insurance paperwork for delivery to the state of Maine. They then requested a credit card number to charge about $950 for the proper insurance for delivery of the bird. I then contacted the “original” owner and told her I couldn’t pay the insurance fee and asked if bird could be shipped to New York..she said the “shipper” would do it for an extra $200 which I sent. Needless to say…I sat in JFK Airport for a half hour before I accepted the fact I had been scammed. Any contact I tried to make with both the “owner” and “shipping” company ended at that time due to no response from either. Both used Google Services for phone voicemail.

He was very persistent, would make a statement, then later change it. Did not stand behind contract. Accused me of putting hold on gift cards when I didn't. He sent a copy of gift card to someone else. Lied continuously, very pushy as time went on. Threaten me towards end, kept messenaging continously he even after I told him to stop.

I was on the lookout for a new kitty and stumbled upon https://georginamainecoonkittens.com/

I filled the online form, and was contacted via text message (phone number 252-410-1709) and e-mail <[email protected]>

After selecting the kittens we wanted to purchase, we were asked multiple questions, history with pets, and so forth. Red flags started with the question, do you want them neutered and microchipped? I assumed it would take a while for it to happen, but somehow the cats were ready to be shipped the next day, after payment. Then, when I transferred money through paypal, via the purchase for goods and services, I got a near instant refund, and the "seller" told me to send it through friends and family. Not listening to the red flags, I then tried Zelle, but Bank of America required me to call, and when I did I was told that the Zelle account (with the name of [email protected] I thought was quite a shady name) wasn't even active. At that point, reason finally kicked in and I called it off. I dodged a bullet alright, even if I was trying very hard to get hit by it.</[email protected]>

These scammers are posing as a dog breeding company for Corgi's. They are selling them for a discount price and requesting deposits. They do not have an Corgi's for sale. They stopped replying after I refused to give a deposit. You should get this website shut down because people who aren't as clever as me probably are falling for this scam and giving money to these people and never getting a puppy.

I was looking for a French Bulldog and this web site appealed to what I was looking for. So I began communicating with the seller, FrnchiesBeautyHome.com.

The communications were predominantly using emails and the address of the suspect email was [email protected]. I was hesitant in sending money for the cost of the dog at the beginning. We came to an agreement that I would pay for the shipping of $180 and the rest would be COD. The seller then acquired a shipping company called World Wide Pets Transport and a tracking number (WWP014217256018-CARGO) was provided.

I followed through the tracking number. At first the shipping company told me that the dog would require an electronic crate because the dog was feeling cold. I complied by sending the required $950, which I was told would be refundable upon the dog arrival. After several hours had passed, the flight that carried the dog stopped in Winnipeg, a city about 1000 km from my city, Toronto. Then the shipping company requested me to send in additional $1550 for the dig insurance premium of which $1500 would be refundable. My suspicion at this point raised to an alarming level. My instinct told me something was not right. I communicated the request to the seller and asked for help. He said he had no money and kept reminding me that the dog required my help.

Later I contacted a shipping company World Wide Pet Transport which is a US company and their representative told me that they don't operate in Canada and they don't use tracking number. Note that the suspicious shipper company name is WorldWidePetsTransport.com with a "s" in the word "Pet". According to Pet Scam Website, WorldwidePetsTransport.com is a scam website which uses dogs to pull on people's heart string and get them to part their money. A phone number was listed in the website as 1-289-895-9253.

Company refuses to deliver my birds unless I pay for insurance and some kind of crates. If they are a real company birds are probably dead by now.

They have a website selling bengal kittens and that they ship the kittens to you and after you pay they put you in contact with the company that ships the kitten but then they need you to pay $1300 for a air conditioned crate because the temperature is not right. And there is no information on the company that they do shipping with other than the website link they send you.

Said they have registered German Shepherd puppies and will ship them to you. Website looks legit and makes you full out a sales contract. Sent money via Zelle and then says his daughter got in an accident and the puppy will be delayed one day. The next day a different website sends an email saying there’s a problem and you need to purchase a crate.

Ben Benard was someone who served in the military with my brother-in-law. On March 27th of 2023, Ben Benard posted about having a litter of 7 week old English Bulldogs that he wanted to find good homes for. The only payment needed was to cover the vet bills. He claimed the dogs were registered, dewormed, and had their first round of vaccinations. I messaged him on Facebook about purchasing one of the dogs. He had me fill out paperwork and send money to secure the dog. He asked if I wanted the dog delivered or if I would pick her up. I opted to pick up April 2nd. He sent me an address. Later that night, he asked if I wanted the last dog in his litter. I told him that, if he hadn't found a home for the puppy by April 2nd, I would gladly take the other dog. I would bring cash with me when I went to pick up the dog on April 2nd, just in case. He was adamant about it happening right now. So, I agreed and payed for that dog, as well. Though, for the second dog, I had to send the payment via Zelle to his business, Aspirationz LLC. The next day, he started saying his wife was taking the dogs to the vet and that they needed their second round of shots and it would cost $300. I refused to pay. I told him I had made an appointment with my vet for the dogs and that my vet would only charge $65 per dog. He offered that I pay $150. Again, I told him no, that I had an appointment with my vet to give the dogs their second round of vaccines. He then said I could pay $100. Again, I refused. Then, he stated that the vet was "holding the dogs" and wouldn't let him take the dogs back until the $100 deposit was made to the vet's cashapp. I immediately requested the name and number of the vet. He sent a phone number, without ever mentioning the name of the vet. I called the number and it was a number out of service from NJ. I requested my money back. He claimed he didn't have it (the money had been sent to him the day before via Zelle). I demanded he send my money back and he said that he would once he got paid or found a serious buyer. I continued to to ask for my money back. I also told him I would file a complaint with the police. He said to "go ahead". My daughter and I did some research and found the address he sent us was a newly listed home for sale. I used WhitePages to track him down and found out that he lived in an apartment California.

I talk to the owner who said his name was Paul Atkinson. He texted me in length from 346-895-5371. He also uses 415-483-5671 as a number. He claims to sell Tea Cup Yorkies from a business named TOP TEA CUP YORKIES. He operates from a Website address: topyorkiepuppies.com/available-yorkies-ii He has a home page that says WELCOME TO TOP TEACUP YORKIE PUPPIES HOME then in the color orange (CLICK TO VIEW AVAILABLE YORKIES) He looks very legal . He gives an Overview paragraph, a Character paragraph, a Temperament paragraph, a care paragraph, training and activity paragraph, average yorkie prices, Weight: 2-4 lbs Height: 5 to 7 inches, colors(s) Blue and tan CONTACT US then you put your FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, CITY/STATE then Select Your Puppy Angel (FEMALE), Happiness (FEMALE), Lizzy (FEMALE), Milky (MALE), Bruno (MALE), Jamie (MALE), Love (FEMALE), Nelly (FEMALE) then a message area .HE LOOKS VERY SIMILAR TO OTHER LAGITAMATE WEBSITES.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THIS PERSON IS A CROOK YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

My last message to him was for him to get a real job and stop scamming people. He texted me back and said SCAMMING IS MY REAL JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...⇄

The person gave the impression they were breeders. Despite all of the red flags from the text messages, I was still foolish enough to send three payments from my bank via Zelle. They sent images and video of the dog. All images are on the attached file.

The scammer joined a Facebook group called: Nevada Backyard Chickens and was selling Hens , roosters, ducks, chicks, etc. I paid for 4 hens + shipping totaling: $100.00 and sent them the money through Zelle. Their Zelle account is under: Christine Watkins with an email of: [email protected]. Using a google voice # 216-452-2266.

They then said the hens will be shipped that morning and a tracking number will be provided. The next morning they provided me a tracking number and it came up "on hold" per admin. I checked an hour later and still the same thing. I then messaged the Jaran Homestead and he asked if the agency had contacted me and I told him no. He said he would call them and get back to me. Hours later, I messaged him again and he finally got back to me and said: "Did you realize there is a fee to be paid for the crate your chickens will be using to travel?" I ended using another email provided on the shipping invoice: [email protected] and that got kicked back to me. The Shipper information has a name as: Anastasia Mason in Crystal, NV. The phone number located on there is the same as above, which I called and it went to voicemail, I left a message and a few minutes later a guy with a very heavy accent called me back (unknown # popped up). (He sounded Jamaican) He said I needed to pay for the freight and the freight company: World Travel Logistics will refund 96% of the money upon delivery. I did unlock one credit card, put my info in: (red flag: they ask for your birthdate, which I put in a fake one), it wouldn't take my info and came up as an error, I re-entered my card info again and put in a different birthdate and same issue. I called the guy "Jaran" back at the above # and it rang and was putting me into a voicemail when he answered and another number came across my phone as well that he seemed to be using. He said he would send me an email with a link for the payment. I waited (earlier, I realized this is a scam, but wanted to get as much information as I could), no email came through, so I called him back and he answered and texted me over an email: [email protected], then he called me to confirm that I got the email. He said he would make sure the freight company got the money. That website is part of the scam. I am pretty good at spotting a scam, but I missed this one and they got my $100. If you review the website carefully you will see all the grammar and punctuation errors.

I was searching for an African Grey Parrot to add to my family when I found their website. They contacted me via text after an initial email. They set up a secondary shipping website to "track" the bird, and when the bird was supposedly halfway to me, I was abruptly contacted by the shipping company demanding $1550 for "insurance" that was fully refundable. I had already paid for the bird and shipping previously. I contacted the seller, and informed them of the surprise fee, and they suggested I simply pay the fee to have my bird delivered. As soon as I informed them I did not have the funds for it, I stopped receiving responses. I am highly disappointed and hurt by this.

Your site wouldn't allow me to write in number amounts. I lost $ 1650. The shipper tried to get $800 more. I thought I was buying a siamese kitten and having it shipped. Cat was $500 and $200 shipping. When the shipper said they were in Yuma and couldn't comes into California without $975 refundable pet insurance. Paid through Venmo and Zelle to different tags. $475 in Walmart cards (I should have known then!!) because the tags weren't working. Tried to get me to pay another $800 for a broken crate for kitten or they couldn't deliver it. Threatened me this morning on the phone from number 1-631-324-3018
