I bought 2 XXXL dog warming beds back in April and I still haven't received anything. I have tried emails, their website, ect and it's all been removed or told they don't exist. So aggravating fb let this happen for so long and didn't remove their site. They were told many times by different people that the site was a scam.

Saw an advertisement on Facebook for a dog bed. Went to website and ordered. It said 30-45 days for shipping. I never received the bed. Tried to go back to website but it doesn't exist anymore. Phone number given is never answered. Money has already been paid.

Ordered 4 pet beds. Have not received them. They have taken the money and if you check on status of order it brings you to a page with nothing on it now.

I ordered 4 XXXL pet warming beds for my very old Boxers on April 15 from Pet Lovers Exclusive. My credit card was charged April 16, 2018. After 30 days, I attempted to contact the company NUMEROUS times (in excess of 100 times) by telephone and e mail, without success. After making my most recent and attempt to contact Pet Lovers Exclusive, I discovered the website was no longer active and the phone number no longer in service. This company has changed their name to Pet Lovers USA. There IS a legitimate mom-and-pop pet store of the same name, that has been in business and in good standing for a number of years, not to be confused with this band of thieves.

I ordered two pet beds on April 18th, not realizing the company wasn’t in the US. I emailed them after 30 days and received an email back that it could take up to 45 or 50 days again I waited. Today I tried to email them and the email wouldn’t go through and it says there an error on their page.

I purchased a dog bed from them using credit card. I checked all the reviews before purchasing, reviews were positive. After I ordered I received email saying item will arrive in 30 to 45 business days. I never received the order. I tried contacting them but every link I tried was broken. Can’t even find a Facebook page or web page for them. I got scammed! Needless to say I called credit card company and reported.

They were selling Dog Beds for $7.76 each, I purchased 3 XXXl dog beds on 4/12/18, received a confirmation to allow 30-45 days to ship, paid $23.28 for these items. Recently thought about it and found the e-mail, went to click the link, the link is no longer valid. The phone number is not in service. The company is gone and many people are out money for these dog beds that they will never receive.

Ordered dog beds from them in April and received nothing. Promise is 30-45 days delivery. Their email is gone now so no way to contact them.

They have been listed as a scam and are also attaching peoples bank accounts for more money since most use debit cards for pymt.

Pet Lovers Exclusive was supposed to be a site where you could purchase items for your animals. I purchased 4 stuffed lighted dogs at 4.95 each in April and was told they shipped but I’ve never recieved them

I saw an ad on Facebook for a pet bed for $7.76 and free shipping. I looked at all the great reviews and decided to order (4/26/18) It said shipping was 30-45 days so I assumed it was coming from overseas. I got a confirmation 4/30/18 that it had shipped. I checked back several times but tracking was unavailable due to the free shipping. According to their refunds page if the item was not received by 45 days you could request a refund so I noted what date that would be. I tried to click on the link from my email today 6/14/18 -(today is the 45th day) and the links are all disabled but they previously worked. I went directly to their website which also no longer exists. I googled them and found out there is an entire Facebook group for people that have been scammed. I contacted my bank to try to dispute the charge.

This company advertises animal products (beds, toys, etc). You'll receive an email saying your order has shipped & to allow 30-45 days. However, you'll never receive any items. But you'll be charged! I tried to contact the company re: my order and to request a refund if the order wasn't going to be filled & the email address is no longer active & the website can no longer be found.

they are a pet product merchant.....i ordered a few pet products in march 2018, never received.....contacted them by email and messenger....still didnt receive items......tried to go to website today, site is gone, facebook page also taken down...contacted my credit card for refund.........other buyers are in process of a creating a class action lawsuit.

They advertised pet products and had ScamPulse.com and verified signs listed on their site. Placed order 1st of May 2018. Still haven’t received anything. The website has now been taken down. Saw that others were scammed also.

I ordered an item from this site on 04/20/18.On 04/23/18,I received an email stating my item was being shipped.

On 05/27/18 I emailed this company .48 hours later I received an email stating that it takes 30 to 45 days for shipment to be delivered.On 06/07/18 I sent another email.It could not be delivered because the address no longer exists.I have tried several times through Facebook Google and the email that was sent to me.Nothing.This Company does not exist.

I ordered a dog bed on April 18th 2018 from this website off of Facebook. It was taken out of my bank account the very next day. I have emailed them 2 times. I have facebook messenger to them. and also called the phone number that is on the site. No answer from Email, facebook. And the phone call states that they are unavailable at this time!

On April 23 2018 I purchased a large dog bed total amount of $7.76. I have tried numerous attempts to email and no answer.

I should have received the product 1 month ago.
