I purchased 5 dogs beds on 4-18-18. Told it would take appropriate 60 days. I sent email and response was it takes 60-45 days. After the time passed I sent another email and it bounced back undeliverable. And the website is now shut down.

I ordered 2 xxl, 2 m, 1 xl beds all for $7.95 each and a total of $38.80 from pet lovers exclusive after seeing their ad on Facebook. they said 30-45 days to ship so when the 35 day mark was up I went back to their confirmation email of the sale and clicked on the track order. There was no way to search your order number so I sent an email to them. i did not get a response. so after the 45 days i found a phone number called it and no answer. the number was a Las Vegas number. when i went back to the website it no longer existed. so no beds and no refund.

Ordered 4 dog beds the end of April. Received a confirmation of purchase email right away and a few days later an email stating the order had shipped, would take 30-45 days to receive and no tracking could be provided. I recently decided to contact the company to inquire on the status of delivery and found website was no longer valid. Sent email which came back undeliverable. Tried calling number and phone just rings. I googled the company for info and found a Facebook page created for people who were scammed by this company. I reported the scam to my bank and the BBB.

They posted a deal on a pet bed. The email said it could take 30-45 days to arrive and never did. Emails are returned now, Facebook is gone as well as the website.

Ordered 4 dog beds online on 4/29/18, received an email and receipt saying items would be delivered in 30-45 days, email rec'd May 3 saying items have shipped, then June 11 I sent an email asking for an update since the tracking info was not valid, and rec'd an email back saying 'address not found'.

I seen on Facebook an ad for pet items for next to nothing.Should have known then.I looked at everything and found a pet bowl with timer feeding and voice activation for $5.99 and free shipping.Cool deal.I ordered it in March 24,2018.They got it on March25,2018.3-5 days to put the order together and then 30-45 days to receive the item(s).I've called and left messages and emailed.At 11pm my time they called.Finally he(Benji) calls me and tells me its on its way, that was in May.Still nothing.

I purchased 4 dog beds online through a Facebook ad. Recieved an email about an approx date that I would receive the beds. It was getting close so I emailed asking if I could get an update of when I would receive them. It was undeliverable. The links no longer work either.

I purchased 2 pet beds on 4/11/18 for $15.52. They sent me an email on 4/14/18 saying it was shipped and wait 30-45 days for arrival. I have recieved no product and their site and email is no longer available.

Saw this online site for pet toys and supplies on Facebook. Such cute stuff so I placed an order on April 14, 2018 and still have not received my merchandise.

Ordered 2 plush giant glow puppies back in April... Never received my order tried emailing the company and calling the number that was given to me on email receipt pans both were not in service or cane up link disabled... Looked them up through google and seen the facebook scam alert on the company and read how you can get money back if you contact your bank within 30 days but of cour0se the pet lovers company says allow 30-45 days for shipping so by the time you wait plus try and contact the company your time frame to get refund is up...

Website showed any size pet bed small to xl for only $7.76. I should have known with a price that low it was too good to be true. I ordered a hott pink large bed for my dog. Got confirmation email and receipt where they took out my money immediately. 2 months later no dog bed and I have emailed them numerous times with no response.

Bought a pet soft warming bed. Stated it take 30 to 45 days to arrive. No tracking number available with free shipping. At around 45 day Mark I messaged And emailed them. They messaged me back on messenger stating they apologize they'll issue a refund and when I did receive the bed please leave a comment. After a week I messaged them again to Let them know I never received refund and I was not able to send the message due to the fact they blocked me..I then tried to email them and that came back stating not a correct email..went to their Facebook page which now showed me a page for ppl that had been scammed by this company. They never sent one item out. Apparently took all the money then just disappeared..called my back and immediately cancelled my card and got a new one
