Pet delivery service was supposed to deliver me a puppy, since 1/27/2024 up to today 2/06/24, I have yet to receive puppy, meanwhile they kept charging me for one thing after another, total of 6100.00, all in apple gift cards, now, today is requesting 5000.00 more, something about a city permit. If money is not sent to company, puppy will be in cargo depot, and I will be charged 500.00 a day till I got the puppy. I’m 69 years old, I’m on fixed income. The company also told me , that I would be sued for pet abandonment. I asked for refund, on what I spent so far, but keep telling me i would be refunded everything I spent including 5000.00, when puppy is delivered. ( grant total 11100.00) . I just want to be refunded for what I spent and that’s it.

This company was supposed to ship my new kitten to me, but they just kept making reasons why I had to pay more to get the cat (it was attacked, Houston ticket, Pensacola ticket, etc). They kept saying I would get reimbursed, but I never did. I didn't get the kitten either.
