I received a phone call last week from Penner Arsenault. The phone number in my caller ID was 309-350-5960. A woman called me last week. asked for my husband. I told her my husband passed away. She told me I will be able to receive my husbands winnings of $500,000. Consumer Sweepstakes. She asked if I got letters in the mail. She had my address. She said he is sending you this money. She said they would come to my home on September 26th between nine and eleven. She transferred me to Christopher Arsenal. He wanted a marriage license and death certificate to prove I was his wife. I answered a call today from Christopher Arsenal. I said nobody came last Tuesday. He said I won money. It was coming from the Philippines. He said my husband played the lottery. They said they would come to my home this Friday between nine and eleven. It would be International Courier Express. Before they could release from customs I would have to pay thirteen percent taxes. Their firm will pay seventy four percent. They told me it is not a scam. He wanted $1560. I did not send any money. They would pay $4940. I know it is a scam.
