Type of a scam Online Purchase
Ordered tires from Pech Lush Boutique, got double-charged and no contact
After I made the purchase there was no receipt and the screen locked up. There was no tracking number or way to follow the purchase I made. So I looked up the number to find out it was out of order. Then I sent several emails to [email protected]. They all came back saying they were never sent. Almost as though the email address didn't exist. Later in my bank statement I learned they charged me twice.
That's when I also learned they used a company called "Square" to hide the receipt. When I called and spoke with Square, I learned they were still active with this company and the person who works for Square said they would call this company and have them call me in return. Neither company called back. So I am now turning to my back to file a dispute for the second charge, because I am unable to do anything about my initial charge.
So far I am out 100$ in my bank hoping to at least get back the second charge they hit me with. The total I lost is $50.16. Also hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else.
