Advertised evening dress & charged sale price of $60 for satin product however the item came from China, cheap, sack of a dress not close to product photos.

The customer service emailed back you may return at your own risk (spending at least $30 more) & likely no refund because shipments get lost or take a 10% refund now. Email attached.

Pearl Veil advertises on internet and shows a couple and customers in North Carolina - in store and outside. The products took longer to arrive than advertised and the quality was horrible. The colors, design, and quality of fabric and fit are not close to pictures represented in website. There are no labels. I would advise everyone to avoid this site as it is very deceptive. Trying to return them isn't worth the cost. Lesson learned - I'll donate to a thrift shop but doubt anyone will buy them.
