I ordered a 1-month supply which is 3 months of this product it was a one-time thing they recharged for a whole another as a subscription and I never signed up for subscription and then they're saying well they sent the email indicating to cancel the shipment prior to it being made I never got an email from them in regards to that now they're saying once I get the product I can't return it to get a refund because they have some sort of disclosures that make it difficult for consumer to cancel and get a refund a partial refund or any type of refund for a product that's not no good
