I purchased a drain cleaner and never received it. They had to add on Facebook and I clicked on it. It went through their website and bought their product and never and it says it was been shipped, but I never received it.. The charge is on my card. I waited for a lot of weeks and it says that it was delivered on the sixth, but there’s a discrepancy on a delivery tracking record that says that it was shipped to Chicago and then it was shipped back to Columbia, South Carolina in one day..
