I searched "replacement social card" on Google.com and this company was among the top search results brought back. I clicked on the website where it had me fill out the social security card application online. As I proceeded to the next page it alerted me it saved my information and to continue I would need to pay. I already submitted vital information in what I though was a PDF form. Now they have information about my social security number and critical social security information. I called their call service center (Manilla, Philippines) and the customer service rep told me they do not save the information. I am VERY worried. The number I called was 1-888-245-8984. Please help.
