I rec'd an email on 7/18/23 from Ace Hardware Customer Survey offering a toolset for completing the survey. I just had to pay $6.95 shipping. (I purposely saved the survey email in my email account but now, mysteriously, it's nowhere to be found). I rec'd a confirmation email on 7/18/23 for the $6.95 shipping fee from [email protected]. I have not rec'd the toolset to date. I checked my credit card statement today and not only was there a charge on 7/18/23 for the $6.95 shipping fee but there was also an unauthorized charge on 7/24/23 from the same company for $68.89. I have entered a dispute with my credit card company. FYI...this form would not accept my dollar entries on the previous page. It kept getting an error mssg 'enter a valid number". Not sure what I was doing wrong.
