I recently filed for an LLC in New Jersey. Shortly after receiving conformation from the State of New Jersey I received a letter from 2025-Safey Manual Order Form with OSHA violation information if a safety manual was not ordered by the end of March 2025. The payment site is www.paysafety.org and the email address is [email protected] The form is very official looking and miss leading. There is a large box at the bottom of the form on the right hand side that is written in all capital letters with bold, large font text reading as follows, GOVERNMENT FINES AND/ORCIVIL ACTIONS MAY BE IMPOSED FOR FAILING TO MEET SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
