Type of a scam Online Purchase

On 4/9/18 I posted a dining room table with chairs and a area rug for sale. I was contacted via text by a person named Mary. She said she wanted to purchase and wants transaction via PayPal for both our protection. That was ok with me. I too use PayPal for protection reasons when I purchase goods from private sellers. We exchange PayPal emails and she requests I delete the post because she did not want me to sell it to anyone else. I deleted it. Following morning she texts me the PayPal transactions and how to proceed. I checked my email and recieved several PayPal emails regarding funds and steps to proceed to unlock the funds and have the balance available to me. I noted the amount as agreed was higher . She stated that the remaining balance was for the agent picking up the table. That once that was done that I would have the funds open to me in PayPal. PayPal and Mary contacted me to get cash amount out of my bank ( the amount to be paid to agent) and money gram it. Once done and verified, her money owed to me will unlock. Immediately I knew something was wrong. I’m an avid user of PayPal for my transactions to buy and I never heard of such thing. I immediately researched frauds similar to mine and it showed up on the ScamPulse.com site with that same incidents. I contacted PayPal via email and forwarded all the emails sent to me claiming to be from them along with the buyer Mary’s emails. I replied to the seller Mary that I was no longer into in selling her my table. Blocked her and the emails from my account.
