This company owned by Moses Crawford is a scam. Moses Crawford promised us a payment reduction for our mortgage, He claimed he can reduce our mortgage monthly payment. Instead he gave us a big story stating that someone robbed us and no bank owns our mortgage. Moses stated that he can bring our "mortgage holder" to court considering they do not own our mortgage and have our mortgage thrown out. Instead, he gave us nothing but a headache, Moses claimed that this process will take at least 6months to a year, knowing that the contract we signed with him after paying him will be expired in a year. On the contract it states that if Moses Crawford has not done anything and we are dissatisfied he will return our money in full. After a year we called him numerous of times and never returned our call, we asked for contact information of the lawyer who is handling our case, Moses said he can not provide that information but our case is in court. Moses claims that he is a lawyer himself as well, when we went to his "office" (that is also run by his son Marlon), there were no certificates from the Department of State or anything stating that he is a lawyer. He refuses to refund our money, and still we have no proof that Moses Crawford has done anything with our mortgage. It has been 3 years and Moses continues to lie and disrespect my family by calling them names, cursing, acting irate and very unprofessional, it's disturbing. When we questioned him about the status of the court case he gave us a piece of document that does not say anything about the case (Please see attachment). We went to Queens County court to check files to see if our name was in court about the mortgage and nothing came up regarding this case, period. This business should not be running in the state of New York, Moses is targeting families that are struggling with payments, giving them false promises and stealing their money.
