Report

I ordered an item that was supposed to be given to my granddaughter for Christmas. When I received the item, it was very cheaply made. It was in two pieces and doesn't even stand up straight. When I emailed them, they wanted me to describe the item and what's wrong with it with their product information next to a picture. I never saw that product information when I ordered it and I looked thoroughly. They are a scam and I'm sure I won't get my money back, but I didn't want to report them.
