I'm sorry to say I'm another person who fell for this scam company. I received shipping updates and it said my package had been cleared by customs and was waiting to be dispatched, but after waiting two months for my item to arrive I reached out to customer service who told me the shipping company hadn't given them updated info and they'd look into it. I didn't hear back and had to follow up only to be told it didn't clear customs and a new item would be shipped out. The tracking info I received however said it had cleared customs weeks ago. The same thing has happened to dozens of people upon further investigation. I did some digging and the address the company has listed on Trustpilot doesn't even exist. I think the whole thing is a scam.
