I placed an order from what i believed to be the Party City website which sent me to a paypal website to place my $88.06 order which seemed odd but unfortunetly I still placed the order on March 20th with my cash app card. It was suppose to have UPS 1-3day shipping however I never recieved an order. My friend placed an order the day before I did, she did get a tracking number for her order but has never recieved her order either.
