I ordered a flag online. I understood all I have to do was pay shipping cost of 12.94 on Dec 30th. It was a promotion. So I signed up for it. I was careful, but not careful enough it seems. I was charged the 12.94 on Jan 2 from Patrioticallyyours.com. Then another charge of 79.97 came up on my account from the same company with the phone number of 844-764-0525. I called them to complain. They understood that they scammed me, but said that they can only refund me 59 dollars back. I kept telling them no, I want my full refund of 79.97. They kept telling me that they can't. I asked for a supervisor, that guy just handed the phone to someone else that was in that same room, cause I can hear all them talking on the phone with other customers. I then asked them for thier address so that my lawyer can send them the paper work. They imediatly redeemed my account. So far, I saw an email saying that a refund is in process and I see that the 12.94 has been processed, but the 79.97 is still pending. I am so tired of these scams.. I hope that something gets done.
