I was appoached via email in regards to a job that was on indeed , said the job was a package inspector position. They td me the job was remote work from home that i was to inspect items that clients fro overseas would order to make sure there were no damages because it would be received by the customer, after the receiving the first of 2 packages i didnt feel comfortable with the position. I noticed after sending an item asked as instructed that it came from a state that was that was 9 hrs away from where i was supposed to send it and that made no sense to me. Then i noticed that the value of items that were supposed to be sent to me were going higher and higher. After calling my local police and being told that a job like this is definitely not legal and i should not in any way process packages to send out i notified what i was told was my superiors that i wasnt comfortable and what they are asking of me is not legal they proceeded to harrassment me and call me nonstop and email and even had two different people vome to my home looking for items that i had never received. I have told anyone that made contact with me i would process items that i was told by police not to and that any items sent to me would be refused they continued to call me the theif and say i have to process items i dont even have or they will be pressing charges on me.
