I paid $300 by direct bank transfer via Veem payment system to Par Excellence Travel on November 5, 2022 for Airport Shuttle service pickup at 1:00 pm, Nov 30 at  and delivery to JFK airport. The same shuttle service was to pick my party up at JFK on December 13, 2022, to bring us back to ** ******** *** Par Excellence Travel confirmed it would pick up my party the day before (Nov 29), as well as the morning of November 30. But at the very last minute, at the time we were supposed to be picked up on November 30, they told me they did not have the right size van to pick us up and they told me they had to cancel, but would refund my $300. To this date, I have had nothing but run-arounds, and false statements of when I would receive my refund. I have proof of my bank from Veem. I have email, text, text and phone logs I can provide to you. I will attach the service contract that was not met.
