Tracking info disappeared and they claim a package was signed for

Made purchase from Pantoably (pxjkut.com). Kept track of it. Went to track it, tracking info disappeared.

Reached out to them asking where the package is. New link showed that the package was delivered the day before.

I emailed them at [email protected], they stated someone signed for it, however, they could not obtain it. I lost $26.72.

They offered to resend package. I said no, please refund. They offered 60%, I refused, they are now offering 90%. I was home the entire day with a dog that barks every time someone comes close to my home. And I was the only person home, and I signed for nothing. They are scamming me.

I reached out to bank and am disputing charges.
