I placed an order on 12/31/24. Advertising says items ship within a week. A shipping label by Panrila wasn’t created until January 27th, after I had inquired about my purchase. Then the items didn’t get to the post office until Feb 8th.

On top of that frustration, the items did arrive and the quality is a 1 out of 10 for items I paid a higher price for thinking I would get higher quality.

Now, I have communicated and followed the return policy asking for a return authorization form and the response was , why?

I have done a lot of online shopping, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with.

I found the clothing site on instagram claiming the clothes were made in the USA. I received the clothes and they were nothing like the photos. They were very poor quality.

I received a sponsored ad for Panrila on Facebook. They looked to have nice clothes at a reasonable price. Said all clothes are made in Southern Georgia. Also said free returns within 30 days. Ordered 3 items. They were nothing like what was showed online. Low quality, no shape, very cheap vinyl like material for dresses. I requested to return all 3 items for a full refund. They emailed me back saying they will only give me $21 and to keep the clothes. I said no, I want a full refund. They wrote back and said they would give me $36 and to keep the clothes. I said no. Final offer was $60 and to return everything to this address: 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413.

I then called the credit card company and filed a dispute. This company is a fraud. The package I received had a label on it from China that was covered up by a label for the address in Hawthorne CA. Return address is NY and they claim their business in in Georgia. Looks like several people have been scammed and reviews were left on their FB page in the last week. They do not offer legit refunds, their clothes are not quality or as advertised and they are playing a silly game when you request a refund. This is a fraudulent company taking $ from people.
