The website says it only accepts MasterCard and so I had to transfer money from my main bank account, to my other bank account that uses MasterCard. Once the transfered balance was available in my bank account, I logged onto the the pdcharm.us website and tried to complete the purchase for $79.96.
I tried about four or five times and kept getting a payment failure error message.
I contacted my bank to find out if they had deactivated my master card for some reason. They said that there were several transactions cancelled due to insufficient funds. I thought that that was unusual since I rarely use that particular account. I told them that I was only trying to make one purchase for $79.96 and that I had transferred the money into that account ahead of time, and that I had just verified that the available balance was over $80. I asked how that would cause an insufficient funds. They told me that there were no attempted transactions for $79.96, but that there were several attempted transactions for over $500. Two of the transactions were:
PES*growupwealth for $571.71 in Chinese Yuan
EPL*RUNBLYUAN for $565.10 in Chinese Yuan
The unauthorized transactions were declined of course, since the available balance was only enough for the $79.96 purchase that I was intending to make. My bank is now cancelling my card due to fraud.
