I ordered a leather bag for my fiancé as a wedding present. The website had a secured purchase URL so I trusted it, along with good reviews. The website said the order would be processed in 1-4 days, and shipping would take 3-5 days. I waited 2 weeks and contacted them when no shipping information was provided. I went back and forth with them for 2 more weeks before asking to cancel my order for a refund. They said they would refund my order in full and it would take up to 5 days. It’s been almost 2 weeks with no refund. I reported the charge to my credit card company and hope they will refund me the money. I’m absolutely devastated as this was supposed to be a wedding present.
