I ordered a tactical hiking stick with an integrated survival kit. The name of the product, the photos of the product, the description of the product, and a social media video linked to the product all indicated the item would have an integrated survival kit. I received a plain hiking stick, which was broken. This company insists that I received the item that I ordered and refuses to refund my money.
