I was contacted via email that a recruiter came across my email and that I would be a perfect fit for their available position as a "Shipping Insurance Broker". They outlined the tasks and how much the job would pay. They also provided "find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk" https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/ to verify their company. Upon accepting the position, a contract was provided via email agreeing to the terms that were outlined and explained, for signature. They asked for a picture of my ID front/back and my account # with routing # for direct deposit payment. I worked for a month, receiving packages, inspecting them, and repackaging for delivery with shipping labels provided by the company. When payday arrived, there was no direct deposit. After several attempts, there was no response and now the website and my account associated with them is no longer accessible.
