Attempted to buy a pool. Gave the guy a check for 25,000. Never heard from him to start the project. We contacted him for several times, in the process we saw a lot of complaints that he was bad with communication and a lot of his customers had to take him to small clams court. We finally got hold of him and we wanted our money back. He said that he had purchased the pool materials already and that he would have to sell the pool in order to reimburse us. A few months went by and we attempted to contact him again to see where the process of selling the pool was. He gave a lot of excuses on why he hadn't sold the pool plus he said that the pool had got damaged by a fallen tree and was damaged. We asked to see the receipt of the pool purchase and a picture of it as well but he has not responded to the text. Be aware when hiring him for jobs
