I purchased vacuum bags & battery for travel. The ad said 100-day hassle free money back guarantee. The bags came and the zippers were extremely difficult to operate, the adaptors did not fit the bag or the battery to operate the system. I sent them a video upon request. They gave me additional instructions (which didn't work) then said I had 2 options: #1 I could return it to CHINA (it was mailed to me from "Shipping Dept - 2407 W North Ave - Melrose Park, IL 60160 and NO WHERE did it say it was from China) or #2 I could keep the defective item and they would give me a $15 credit. I replied that neither option was acceptable, this was a scam, I would be reporting this to my credit card and the ScamPulse.com for a FULL REFUND.
