Overview of the position:
The Outbound Survey Research group conducts surveys over the phone, this is a remote work from home position. You must have your own internet connection and private space to work in. The important skills one needs to be successful include the ability to read a script of survey questions?so?that the respondent on the phone can understand you clearly, the ability to listen and understand the responses to the survey questions, and the ability to record the responses accurately in the computer. Basic computer skills are required. This is a part time position that requires you to work between 20 – 29 hours with 4 hours dedicated to a weekend shift. Hours of operation are listed below.
