Ich habe wirklich and das Gute im Menschen geglaubt

Ich bin über TikTok auf Essa aufmerksam geworden, ich weiß nicht warum aber ich bin wahrscheinlich ein treudoofer mensch und habe 1 Jahr lang finanzielle Unterstützung geschickt, mein Schaden liegt bei gut 1.000€. Von Operationen über Hausdach oder Bruder liegt im Sterben. Schwester hat sich verbrannt, Oma ist tod. Aber irgendwann wurde ich skeptisch weil seine Beweise überhaupt keinen Sinn mehr gemacht haben, er hat Bilder bearbeitet wo beispielsweise ein Todesschein mit dem Handy überdchrieben wurde aber sowas von sichtbar und schlecht das mir auch schlecht wurde und ich gemerkt habe das ich Betrügern die ganze Zeit unterstützt habe. Das war das letzte Mal das ich sowas getan habe.

The scammer, claiming to be a 16 year old male, contacted me first via Instagram, where he goes by the name Essa. His story was that both parents were dead and his brother needed medical attention, and that his only way to earn money was through collecting firewood to sell at a local market. Also, during the time of our contact and after I’d sent $50 for food and medical care, he called me (which he’d done many times, but I’d only answered on this occasion) to tell me his roof was destroyed by a storm and his house was flooded. Numerous videos and photos were sent to supplement his claims. It was after suspicion got the better of me I started digging and found that childaidgambia.org listed fraud-type scenarios that mine fit almost too perfectly, and I knew I’d been duped. My loss was very small, but I worry the harm caused to other likely victims might be more substantial.
