I ordered a vanity and paid $165 on March 28 2024. The vanity was $150 with $15 shipping fee. I had been waiting for quite a while with no update tracking or anything. On the company’s instagram I found others in my situation and no one got their vanity and they were waiting for months. Another customer told me the reviews are actually fake and one unboxing video was actually a person related to the scammer someway. I asked for a refund on May 9th and on May 12 they said they would cancel my order. After waiting a week I sent a message to the company again stating my concerns about the info I received and that the refund didn’t come through. I told them I started a dispute process with my bank and told them I would be escalating the issue, to which they responded almost immediately. They offered to Zelle me my refund (which is unheard of). That was on May 20th and I still haven’t received any refund or response to my email.
