The company said theyd help me with my disability tax credit through CRA and recieve all my information to access MYCRA. They claimed to have worked on my application however they just looked through all my account information. I contacted CRA to inquire about this buisness and thjey said they never heard of it and do delete them from my authorized representatives, which I did. They did not change or apply to the DTC i had already previously done so, including filing my own objection. They claimed they got me approval for 2014-2019 for my DTC but once again I had done it not them. Once I deleted them as authorized representative they threatened me with legal action. They looked into my information on OCTOBER 22, 2024 and October 28, 2024 and in the entire month of October no applications, files or changes to my account were made only a change of address which I had done. Now I am recieving an invoice to pay $644.00 in 10 days.

In summary, they are saying the work I put into my DTC was their doing however I have all documentation to prove otherwise.
